Penfold Golf UK offers flat rate delivery for the UK, EU, Japan, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Middle Eastern countries.

Delivery times and rates depend on your location.  Please take this into consideration when selecting a delivery address.

The cost of delivery is per order, not per item therefore a larger order will still cost the same as an order for a single item.

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel along with any costs for customs clearance.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Aramex Addresses due to security reasons.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders take about 1-3 business days to process. While we're all dealing with COVID, we ask that you are patient with us as you may see slight delays as we are trying our best to limit staff packing orders. As soon your order ships, you will receive a separate email notification. Please note, expedited shipping only reflects in your transit time, not order processing. Penfold will not be responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address.

Where’s My Order?

If your package has not been delivered and it is beyond the estimated shipping time from the carrier, unfortunately there is nothing we can do but wait. We recommend contacting the courier directly. Sometimes carriers have shipping delays beyond our control.

Standard Exchanges and Returns 

All products come standard with a 15-Day Warranty & Return Policy. The warranty is a set period for all replacements of defects, or exchanges for sizes. In the case that a product has a defect, we will replace the product at no additional cost

For size exchanges, product must be returned in its original condition to qualify for an exchange, with the customer paying for the return label. When the replacement glove is sent for the exchange, Penfold Golf will cover the shipping costs for the replacing item. 

Penfold Golf will only cover shipping costs or return labels only in cases where an order was incorrectly fulfilled, or a product has proven to be defective.

Glove Return Policy

While your glove shouldn’t rip after one round, it is a natural animal skin product and weak points in the leather can occur, even after rigorous testing.

We understand that this can happen, but there are some factors out of our control (e.g. grip too tight). If you have a question about getting a replacement glove email us with a picture and what happened and we will work through your issue.

What Is The Status Of My Return Or Exchange?

If you have already gone through our Return/Exchange online process and you have shipped your items back to us, once we receive the products at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your Return/Exchange to be processed.

You can email us your tracking number to show that it has arrived at our warehouse, and we will make sure to process your Return/Exchange as quickly as we can.

We have used a flat delivery price structure, so you can make as large an order as you wish without additional postage costs (Up to £99) .

We do offer Free Shipping on orders over specific amounts in the UK and EU
